How can I enable notifications on my browser?

You can enable browser notifications in Conversive using the following methods:

Option 1: Allow notifications directly from the pop-up prompt in your web browser when you logging into your account.

or

  • Option 2: Enable notifications through your browser settings. Click the icon next to the website URL, go to site settings, and toggle the notification option.

Option 3: For Safari users, follow these steps:

  • Go to Account Settings.

  • Navigate to Notifications and enable browser notifications using the toggle.

How the notifications are visible

You can see the notification from the browser on top right or bottom left as per you device.

If you are actively on the Converse desk, you can see the in-app notifications.

Please ensure that notifications are enabled for the specific browser on your device and check your app notifications and preferences
