Before You Begin

To successfully connect your Instagram account, please ensure you meet the following requirements.

Account Requirements

• You must have an Instagram Business or Creator Account.
  (Personal accounts cannot be integrated.)

• The Instagram account must be linked to a Facebook Page.

• The user performing the connection must have Admin access to:

  • The Facebook Page linked to the Instagram account

  • The associated Facebook Business Manager

Access and Permissions

• Allow Conversive to manage pages and messages during Facebook authorization.

• Pop-ups must be enabled in your browser (authorization opens in a new window).

• Ensure you are logged in to the correct Facebook account (one that owns the Page).

Browser and Network Tips

• Avoid private/incognito mode during setup.

• Ensure firewalls don’t block Facebook login or Conversive URLs.
