Follow this step-by-step guide to activate a Keyword Responder Use Case in Conversive:
Log in to your Conversive account.
Navigate to the "UseCases" section in the Main Menu.
Filter the list of templates to find "Keyword Responder Use Case."
Preview the Keyword Responder template.
Click "Get this Automation" to activate the template.
Clicking "Get this Automation" will clone the automation to your account. The configuration process is organized into the following sections:
CRM Object: Select the relevant CRM object (e.g., Contact, Lead) to map for accurate personalization.
Phone Field: Choose the appropriate phone field from the CRM object (e.g., Mobile Number).
Sender ID: Select the Sender ID for sending keyword responses, ensuring a recognizable sender for recipients.
Define Keywords: Enter the keywords that will trigger specific automated responses.
Set Response Timing: Choose whether responses should be sent immediately upon detecting a keyword or with a specified delay (in seconds, minutes, or hours).
Select or Create Message Template: Modify the cloned template by creating a new message template or selecting an existing one.
Customize Content: Adjust the message template for each keyword, ensuring relevance and personalization.
Activate the use case once all configurations are complete.
