Conversive Button

In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to create and customize a conversive button and how to use it effectively on your website.
Select Conversive Button: Navigate to the Conversive button section from the navigation bar.
Create a New Button:
Click on the Create New button located in the top right corner.
Enter a name for the button in the Button Name field on the form.
Channel Selection: Choose a channel where you want to have the conversation with your customer.
Prefilled Message: Type your prefilled message for SMS in the Input field.
Enable Lead Information Form:
Enable the form to collect lead information.
Enable the Consent toggle to create a consent record.
Add links to your website privacy policy for transparency.
Contact Number Verification:
Toggle the switch to enable contact number verification.
Select the sender ID for OTP.
Embedded Script Domain: Enter the domain for the embedded script in the Domain for Embedded Script field.
Generate and Copy Script:
Click on the Generate Script button.
Click on the Copy Script button to copy the generated script to your clipboard.
Paste the script into your website header tag section.
Chat Experience Setup:
Click on Chat Experience to select how you want to start the engagement.
Activate a pre-built chatbot flow from the Automation Library.
Select Setup FAQ Bot in the form.
Advanced Settings:
Click on the Advanced Settings section to customize button color, size, and position.
Share and Download QR Code:
Click the Share icon to download a QR code or share it on social media or print media.
Click on the Download button to save the QR code.
After pasting the copied script into your website header tag, a bubble will appear in the bottom right corner of your screen. Clicking on the bubble will open the chat widget with the selected channel.
Upon selecting the web chat channel, a form will appear for the visitor to fill in their contact information.
If contact number verification is enabled, it will verify the mobile number with an OTP.
The web visitor can start conversations in the web chat.
In the Converse Desk Inbox, you will see the conversation of the web visitor appearing with the messages.
You can initiate your conversation from the inbox with the web visitor to continue your chat.
Transfer files in the web chat by clicking on the attachment icon.
Check if the user is still active on the website with the green dot shown on top of the username.
