This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough for managing and configuring the FREJun integration, ensuring a seamless setup and usage process.
Start by modifying the configuration.
Navigate to the top-right corner and click on the Modify Configuration button to begin customizing settings for the FREJun integration.
Locate and manage your message templates.
From the left sidebar, click on Message Templates to view or edit your existing templates.
Move to the integrations section.
At the top of the page, click the All Integrations breadcrumb link to access the full list of integrations.
Choose the FREJun integration.
From the grid displaying all integrations, locate and click on the FREJun integration card.
Enable or disable the integration.
Use the toggle switch next to the FREJun integration title to connect or disconnect it as needed.
Update configuration settings.
Click on the Modify Configuration button again if you need to adjust any settings after changing the integration status.

Click on the View Details link to review detailed information about the integration, including configuration and usage data.
Check the FREJun numbers linked to your account.
Review the list of FREJun numbers displayed in the main content area.

Display all associated FREJun numbers.
Click on the All FREJun numbers section to view every number associated with the FREJun integration.
Check numbers added via the integration.
Navigate to the All FREJun numbers tab to view which numbers were added to SMS-Magic through the FREJun integration.
Return to the previous integration view.
Use the breadcrumb All Integrations > FREJun details to go back to the previous page, maintaining your context in the integration flow.
See only connected integrations.
Click on the Connected tab to filter out and view only those integrations that are currently active and connected.
Refine integration view with search and filters.
Use the search bar to look for integrations by name or status.
Apply filters using the drop-down menu for specific statuses.
Click Clear All to reset any filters, and select Apply to save new filter choices.
Manage automation settings.
In the main content area, click on the Recruitment Outbound Missed Call Alert Outbound Calls Automation to manage call-related automations for recruitment.
Move back to the previous screen.
Click the Back button to return to the prior page.
Check your personalized automation settings.
In the main content area, go to the My Automations tab to view automations configured for your account.
Access outbound engagement automations.
Click on the Recruitment Outbound Engagement Message Automation to see details about the automation setup for outbound recruitment messaging.
Return to the prior view.
Click on Back to navigate back to the previous page.
Manage communication templates.
Go to the Templates tab in the navigation bar to view or edit your message templates used within automations and communications.
Initiate calls directly within the system.
Click the Dialer button at the top-right corner of the page to open the dialer.
Enter the phone number, and then click Call to initiate the call.
After completing the call, click Save to log the details.
Monitor system activity logs.
Access the Activity Log tab to review actions and events.
Filter the log by status, selecting Executed or Pending from the drop-down menu.
