FREJun Integration Management Guide

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough for managing and configuring the FREJun integration, ensuring a seamless setup and usage process.


Step 1: Modify Configuration

  • Start by modifying the configuration.

    • Navigate to the top-right corner and click on the Modify Configuration button to begin customizing settings for the FREJun integration.


Step 2: Access Message Templates

  • Locate and manage your message templates.

    • From the left sidebar, click on Message Templates to view or edit your existing templates.


Step 3: Navigate to All Integrations

  • Move to the integrations section.

    • At the top of the page, click the All Integrations breadcrumb link to access the full list of integrations.


Step 4: Select FREJun Integration

  • Choose the FREJun integration.

    • From the grid displaying all integrations, locate and click on the FREJun integration card.


Step 5: Change Integration Status

  • Enable or disable the integration.

    • Use the toggle switch next to the FREJun integration title to connect or disconnect it as needed.


Step 6: Modify Configuration Again

  • Update configuration settings.

    • Click on the Modify Configuration button again if you need to adjust any settings after changing the integration status.


Step 7: View Integration Details

  • Learn more about FREJun integration.

    • Click on the View Details link to review detailed information about the integration, including configuration and usage data.


Step 8: Review FREJun Numbers

  • Check the FREJun numbers linked to your account.

    • Review the list of FREJun numbers displayed in the main content area.

    • Hover over any number for additional options or information about it.


Step 9: Expand Sidebar Menu

  • Access more options in the sidebar.

    • Click on the hamburger menu icon in the navigation bar to expand the sidebar and reveal additional navigation options.


Step 10: Disconnect Integration

  • Disconnect the integration when needed.

    • In the top-right corner, click on the Disconnect button to remove the FREJun integration from your account.


Step 11: Navigate Back to All Integrations

  • Return to the integrations list.

    • Click the All Integrations breadcrumb link to go back to the full list of available integrations.


Step 12: View FREJun Integration Details

  • Quickly access FREJun details.

    • Select the FREJun breadcrumb to view the full details and configuration options related to the FREJun integration.


Step 13: View All FREJun Numbers

  • Display all associated FREJun numbers.

    • Click on the All FREJun numbers section to view every number associated with the FREJun integration.


Step 14: View Numbers Added to SMS-Magic

  • Check numbers added via the integration.

    • Navigate to the All FREJun numbers tab to view which numbers were added to SMS-Magic through the FREJun integration.


Step 15: Navigate Back to Previous Page

  • Return to the previous integration view.

    • Use the breadcrumb All Integrations > FREJun details to go back to the previous page, maintaining your context in the integration flow.


Step 16: Filter Connected Integrations

  • See only connected integrations.

    • Click on the Connected tab to filter out and view only those integrations that are currently active and connected.


Step 17: Use Search and Filter Options

  • Refine integration view with search and filters.

    • Use the search bar to look for integrations by name or status.

    • Apply filters using the drop-down menu for specific statuses.

    • Click Clear All to reset any filters, and select Apply to save new filter choices.


Step 18: Select Automation

  • Manage automation settings.

    • In the main content area, click on the Recruitment Outbound Missed Call Alert Outbound Calls Automation to manage call-related automations for recruitment.


Step 19: Navigate Back

  • Move back to the previous screen.

    • Click the Back button to return to the prior page.


Step 20: View My Automations

  • Check your personalized automation settings.

    • In the main content area, go to the My Automations tab to view automations configured for your account.


Step 21: View Recruitment Outbound Engagement Automation

  • Access outbound engagement automations.

    • Click on the Recruitment Outbound Engagement Message Automation to see details about the automation setup for outbound recruitment messaging.


Step 22: Navigate Back Again

  • Return to the prior view.

    • Click on Back to navigate back to the previous page.


Step 23: Access Templates

  • Manage communication templates.

    • Go to the Templates tab in the navigation bar to view or edit your message templates used within automations and communications.


Step 24: Use Dialer

  • Initiate calls directly within the system.

    • Click the Dialer button at the top-right corner of the page to open the dialer.

    • Enter the phone number, and then click Call to initiate the call.

    • After completing the call, click Save to log the details.


Step 25: View Activity Log

  • Monitor system activity logs.

    • Access the Activity Log tab to review actions and events.

    • Filter the log by status, selecting Executed or Pending from the drop-down menu.


Step 26: Navigate to Analytics

  • Review analytics for performance insights.

    • Select Analytics from the left-hand side menu to access detailed reports and insights on system performance and communication metrics.


Step 27: View Message History

  • Check your message delivery records.

    • Click on Message History in the navigation bar.

    • Select the Outgoing Messages tab to view sent messages.

    • Hover over a message to preview the full content or click on the phone icon to make a call directly from the message history.

    • Use the Paid Stamp icon to see any payment details associated with the message.
