  • Suggestion: download the Sample CSV to get the format correct.

  • Map the phone number field in your CSV file according to the selected channel.

  • Selecting from an existing list: Choose a list from the dropdown and select the corresponding phone field for the channel.

  • Selecting a Segment: You can Choose an Audience manager segment. Read this article on how to create an Audience Manager segment.

  • CRM Lists: You can pick a list created in your CRM where you can select this recipient in the list to send out the campaign.

  • Preview the message in the preview box on the right.

  • Click "Send Test Message."

  • Click "Next" to move to the final step.

Step 5: Send Message

  • Review the campaign summary, including the phone field, Sender ID, message type, recipient list, and the total number of recipients.

  • Compliance Settings: For WhatsApp campaigns, "Send only to Opted-in numbers" is selected by default because WhatsApp messaging policies require customer consent.

  • For SMS or MMS campaigns, you can choose to send messages to all contacts or only opt-in contacts.

  • Choose your sending option:

  • Send Now: The campaign will be sent immediately.

  • Schedule in future: Select a start date, time, and time zone to schedule the campaign for a later time.

  • Click either "Send" or "Schedule" based on your selection.

  • Once sent or scheduled, you can view your campaign and its status in the campaign list.

By following these steps, you can effectively create and execute campaigns through Conversive using your preferred channel and targeting the desired recipients. You can also use the platform's features like the search bar, filters, and campaign details page to manage and track your campaigns.
