How to Create a Folder and Manage Your Message Templates

In this video, we will guide you through the process of creating a folder and managing your message templates effectively.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Create a Folder:
    • Click on "Create Folder".
    • Provide a name for the folder.
    • Select how you want users to access the folder in the templates.
  2. Move Existing Templates:
    • Move the existing templates from the "All" filter to the newly created folder.
  3. Access Templates:
    • Once templates are arranged in the folder, users can only access the templates they have permission to use.
  4. Example in Converse Desk:
    • Open a conversation.
    • In the chat window, click on the "Add Template" icon at the bottom.
    • In the "Select Template" modal, you will now see a "Select Folder" option.
    • Click on "Select Folders".
    • Choose a folder from the drop-down menu.
    • You can now view the templates being managed within the folder.
    • The user will see the folder if they have access to it.
  5. Select and Send a Template:
    • Select a template.
    • Click the "Send" button in the chat interface to send your message.
