Click on the **Templates** icon in the navigation bar. 2. Click on the **Create New Template** button. 3. Fill out the template by providing the necessary details in the given fields. 4. Click on the **Template Name** field to start typing. 5. Click on the **Template Type** drop-down menu and select **Campaign**. You can also choose **Automation** or **Conversation** if you need it. 6. Select your CRM from the **Integration** drop-down list. 7. Choose the object for which you wish to create this template. 8. Select from the **Only Text** or **Media Message** button to choose the template category. 9. Select the **SMS** or **WhatsApp** option to select the channel for this template use. 10. Click inside the message text box to start typing your message. 11. Select merge fields like customer name, appointment date, or order details. These fields will be dynamically populated with data from your CRM or Audience Manager. 12. Click on the paperclip icon to attach a media file to your message. 13. Click on the link icon to insert a hyperlink into your message text. 14. Click on the smiley face icon to open the emoji keyboard. 15. View **Preview** to see how the message will look when sent. 16. Click on the three-dot menu next to the created template. 2. You can edit or delete from the drop-down menu. 3. Click on the  **created** template name to view its details. 4. Click the **Edit** button in the Template Detail section to modify the selected message template. 5. Click the three-dot menu next to the template you want to edit, then choose **Edit**. Make the necessary changes and save the template. ### **4. How do I register a template for WhatsApp?** To register a WhatsApp/RCS template, you must follow the template registration process required by channels. This typically involves submitting the template for approval through your messaging provider, ensuring it meets WhatsApp's guidelines. ### **5. Do I need to create different templates for different channels?** Yes, creating separate templates for different channels (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, etc.) is advisable, as each channel has its own formatting rules and limitations. For example, WhatsApp and RCS support rich media, while SMS is primarily text-based. ### **6. How can I find a suitable template while sending a message?** When you are using the template, they will get filtered based on the categories and type of template you have selected in the template. You will find a suitable template when sending a templated message. ### **7. Is it possible to duplicate a template?** You can create a copy of an existing template by selecting the **Clone** option from the template's menu. This allows you to modify the copied version without affecting the original template. ### **8. How do I delete a template?** To delete a template, click the three-dot menu next to the template and select **Delete**. Note that deleted templates cannot be recovered.
