Long Code or 10DLC are 10 Digit Numbers and are tied to an Area Code, For e.g. (XXX) XXX- XXXX.  These are ideal for localized, in-branch or in-store, smaller, segmented customer bases and are used for chat (text and voice), event-based interactions, service updates, and appointment reminders. Ex.: +1 415 123 2678 ### How to Get Long Code Numbers? 1. Click on the "Provision Number" button from the Sender IDs Tab. 2. You'll be directed to a screen where you can select the country for which you want to obtain a number. 3. After selecting a country with an available number of credits, you can add an area code of your choice. 4. Choose the "Number Type" as "Long code" and click on the search button. 5.
