This feature allows you to gradually pace your campaign by splitting your recipient list into smaller groups and sending messages to each group at set intervals. Instead of sending messages to everyone at once, this staggered delivery method gives you more control over the campaign's flow. By spacing out the messages, you can better manage the volume of customer responses, ensuring your team has the capacity to engage with replies promptly and effectively. It also helps prevent overwhelming your communication channels, making the entire campaign more manageable and organized. > This feature is available for users who are in marketer plans and professional Plans ## **Steps:** ### **Step 1:** Navigate to the Campaigns  *[Image]* ### **Step 2:** Click on Create New Campaign - **Provide a name for your campaign.** - **provide description(Optional)** - **Select the channel** - **Select the Sender ID** - **Select slow-pace as the campaign type. ** *[Image]* ### **Step 3:** Select the Recipients You can select the recipient from different sources, upload a CSV, and run your campaigns.
